It will be repeated over and over and over that Trenbolone is five times the strength of Testosterone, and its intensity and potential for side effects is equally as great. Therefore, any beginner Trenbolone user is actually in reality an intermediate or advanced anabolic steroid user. It goes without saying, then, that Trenbolone is absolutely not for beginner anabolic steroid users – this cannot be repeated enough throughout this profile. The average beginner Trenbolone cycles, therefore, are in reality intermediate to advanced anabolic steroid cycles.
An average beginner Trenbolone cycle should always be composed of Trenbolone stacked with Testosterone, which is the key anabolic steroid that any Trenbolone beginner should have extensive experience with. It is highly recommended that Trenbolone cycles only include Testosterone as the only other anabolic steroid stacked, as this is for the purpose of gauging individual reactions to Trenbolone when running it for the very first time. This will ensure that the individual will be able to know and understand if/when some sort of unwanted or uncomfortable side effect is occurring, and therefore specify what is happening, and what the cause of the side effect or reaction is.
In regards to intermediate Trenbolone cycles, it is generally understood that an intermediate user has grown used to Trenbolone enough to the point whereby they fully understand how their body reacts in response to this compound. This is where then Trenbolone doses can slowly be manipulated and perhaps increased, as well as potentially being stacked with other anabolic steroids. An intermediate or advanced Trenbolone user should never actually feel the requirement or necessity to stack any other compounds besides Testosterone with Trenbolone. This is especially the case with Trenbolone when its vast strength and favorable capabilities are considered.
Advanced users who have more or less ‘mastered’ the use of Trenbolone cycles would be generally entering what could be considered an experimental phase. This experimental phase could possibly include experimenting with higher Trenbolone doses (note this is very risky behavior and higher Trenbolone doses are for the most part very destructive to the body). Experimental ventures into advanced Trenbolone cycles can also include the use and stacking of other compounds with Trenbolone as well.
Beginner Trenbolone Cycle
This beginner Trenbolone cycle is regarded as the most common beginner Trenbolone cycle. Although it is utilized by many beginners to Trenbolone, it is also a very solid cycle that is used just as frequently by intermediate and advanced users. It is quite effective at its job. Testosterone must always be stacked with Trenbolone, and there are no exceptions to this particular rule. The minimum Testosterone dose that should be run with Trenbolone should be at least that of a TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) dose, which will be explained further in some other example Trenbolone cycles. This particular beginner cycle has the short-estered Trenbolone Acetate variant run alongside the short-estered Testosterone Propionate for ease of administration and injection timing. It is also possible to combine both substances into one syringe and inject them with no problems, as they are both oil based. Both compounds possess very similar half-lives and tend to work very well hand-in-hand with one another, which is the primary reason for stacking the two. Because both compounds used are short-estered and therefore faster acting, the cycle duration is set to the shortest limit of 8 weeks. The majority of users will find 8 weeks to typically be an acceptable range for Trenbolone use, as users will commonly report that longer Trenbolone cycles that venture beyond 8 weeks present more pronounced side effects that become ‘harsher’ as time presses forward. As a result, the proper precaution with a strong compound like Trenbolone is to run cycles as short as possible.
Beginner Trenbolone Enanthate cycle #2 (12 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Enanthate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate at 300mg/week
This second sample beginner Trenbolone cycle presents two major changes: the use of Testosterone at TRT doses, and the switch to long-estered forms of both Testosterone and Trenbolone. Because of the longer estered variants used, the total cycle length must be extended to that of 12 weeks, due to the slower build-up of blood plasma levels to peak optimal levels. Therefore, the ‘kick-in’ period with longer esters is usually noticed at a later time by users than with short-estered anabolic steroids. In regards to Testosterone being run at TRT doses, this is done to simply maintain normal physiological levels of Testosterone to the equivalent of what the body would produce naturally, and in doing this, it will create an environment where there should be very minimal to zero amounts of aromatization of Testosterone, leading to more normal and controlled levels of Estrogen. Elevated Estrogen levels above the normal physiological range will often increase the severity and intensity of side effects from Trenbolone (primarily the Progestogenic side effects). This is also common with other 19-nor compounds, such as Nandrolone. It then stands to reason that if Estrogen is kept under control in this manner – and also negating the use of an aromatase inhibitor by using this method – Progestogenic side effects can then be controlled with greater ease. The other primary reason for maintaining Testosterone at TRT doses is for the purpose of making Trenbolone the primary workhorse anabolic, and Testosterone is only included in the cycle for the purpose of maintaining normal physiological healthy function in the absence of endogenous natural Testosterone production due to the suppressive nature of Trenbolone (or any other anabolic steroids used in a cycle).
Intermediate Trenbolone Cycle
Intermediate Trenbolone Acetate cycle (8 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Propionate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Acetate at 400mg/week
- Dianabol at 25-50mg/day
The intermediate Trenbolone cycle example outlined above introduces Trenbolone at a slightly higher dose than the beginner doses presented. Testosterone is, once again, relegated to the supportive role of TRT rather than its use as a primary anabolic (which is the place that Trenbolone and Dianabol are covering). Dianabol is simply the newly introduced compound to this cycle, but it is not necessary as the strength of Trenbolone is sufficient enough to be run without any additional compounds aside from Testosterone. Dianabol in this case could be considered a kickstarting compound to such a cycle, which would be ideal for bulking and strength gaining phases.
Advanced Trenbolone Cycle
Advanced Trenbolone Enanthate cycle (12 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Enanthate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate at 800mg/week
- Drostanolone Enanthate (Masteron) at 400mg/week
This advanced Trenbolone cycle makes a return to the long-estered compounds just for variety of explanation to the reader. As one may notice, all compounds in this Trenbolone cycle are of the Enanthate ester variant, and when all compounds possess the same ester it makes for ease of administration, injection timing, and all compounds can even be loaded into the same syringe. Finally, it must be mentioned that any particular ester of Trenbolone does not require a similarly estered anabolic steroid to be stacked with it (for example, Trenbolone Enanthate stacked with Testosterone Enanthate). It is a perfectly fine and safe practice to be able to combine, for example, Trenbolone Acetate and Testosterone Enanthate (instead of Testosterone Propionate) in Trenbolone cycles. These combinations present no problems and actually work well, but every individual curious about these combinations must always be aware that proper timing, half-life, and injection frequency varies with each of these compounds. The only reason why many individuals prefer to stack Testosterone Enanthate with Trenbolone Enanthate, for example, is because of the convenience aspect and ease of administration frequency and timing (as both compounds are identical in half-life).
